Submission related queries

You can submit your paper by clicking on the "Menu" button on the top right corner of the website. Then click on the "Submit Paper" button.

The "Submit Paper" menu item is only visible when you are logged in a journal's PhDFocus™ website.

Yes, you can submit LaTex. It is recommended that you submit LaTex at the time of camera-ready submission (final submission).

LaTex is recommended to be submitted as a ZIP file containing the LaTex source files and related files including images etc.

It is a very easy to use software and professors can launch their journals in a matter of minutes. We make sure that the academicians doesn't have to worry about the technical aspects of launching a journal. We take care of all the technical angles of launching and maintaining a journal.

Professors must have valid university/college email address to launch their journals with PhDFocus™. We do not allow professors to launch their journals using personal email addresses.

You can use the free plan to start the journal but it will have limited features. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Yes. You can host your entire journal with PhDFocus™. We provide a REST API to publish the articles on your website using a secure authenticating token. However, you can also use the PhDFocus™ website to host your journal. In such case, your journal will be hosted on the PhDFocus™ domain and you will get a subdomain for your journal. For example, if your journal is named "Journal of Computer Science", then your journal will be hosted on the domain "jcs.phdfocus.com".
